Definitions

Application: refers to the software accessible via the Internet: app.octopussian.com. This Application is offered in SAAS mode (Software as a Service).

In the context of collaborative work by a group of users belonging to the same workspace, each user's contact details are visible to all collaborators.

It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Retention period
Users' contact details are kept for as long as their account is active.
They are deleted 30 days after the final closure of their account.
2 - Contact details stored on behalf of our customers
The Application enables Users to store contact details (persons or companies) useful in the context of their business.
Purpose
The customer may store the details of service providers or other contacts useful to users.
This includes, in particular, the entry and display of this data by users authorized by the customer.
Legal basis
In this context, we act as a subcontractor on behalf of the Customer.
We provide the following services on its behalf:

Backup
Protection by various means, including encryption
We do not carry out any commercial or marketing processing.
In accordance with our General Terms of Use, users undertake to comply with the RGPD and the law in general.

The personal data stored by the Customer in the Application are stored under the Customer's responsibility.
This data is and remains the property of the Customer.
We do not make any use or exploitation other than that provided for by the use of the Application that we make available to the Customer.
