How does PDF search work?

Full-text search analyses the textual content of your PDF documents. This allows you to find a document based on a word or phrase it contains, without knowing its file name.

Can I restrict access to certain folders?

Yes. Each folder can have its own access rights. You select the authorised persons, and only they will be able to see that folder and its contents. Subfolders inherit the permissions of their parent folder by default.

Is electronic signature included?

Yes, electronic signatures are included in your subscription. You can have your PDFs signed directly from OctoDrive. Learn more about electronic signatures

Where are my data hosted?

Your files are stored on servers located in France. They are encrypted during transfer and at rest to ensure their confidentiality.

What file formats are supported?

OctoDrive accepts all file types. The built-in viewer displays images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and PDFs. Other formats can be downloaded or opened in a new tab.
